Interpreting the landscape means being able to recognise natural environments as living places, in time and in space. This walk is an invitation to observation, silence and sensation, and the first destination is simply to slow down.
These are experiences for intimate groups, where we can observe the energetic points of each place, the patterns of water in the landscape and the contextual behaviour of plants. The walks take place in mountain landscapes, woodland or agroecological projects.
The walks are guided by me, on short routes of between 2 km and 10 km that are not physically demanding. They include stops to share relevant information and moments of contemplation, and may include a tasting menu or picnic with wild, seasonal, local plants.
They are suited to anyone who wants to walk with presence and wishes to build a relationship with the landscapes we inhabit, starting from a place of inner openness.
